The products whose deliveries require different deadlines will reflect this particularity in their description.

Shipments made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or regions not belonging to the European Customs Union will require the recipient of the goods to pay the import duties upon arrival.

All orders allow for partial deliveries and invoicing. Subsequent shipments made to fulfill the same order may incur shipping costs; in any case, the information displayed on the purchase screen will apply. Deco&You will offer you the option to choose between waiting for the entire order to be complete or the possibility of receiving partial deliveries.

Delivery times

The maximum expected delivery time for standard or retail products will be 10 to 15 working days, provided we have stock. If the purchased product is out of stock or is a custom product, the delivery times will be subject to manufacturing times.

If the chosen product is not available, due to being out of stock or a custom product, Deco&You will contact you and, if possible, will indicate an estimated delivery date.

If it is not possible to deliver the purchased product, Deco&You will offer you the option to cancel the purchase or acquire a product with similar characteristics.

If at the time of delivery, you detect any discrepancies with the delivered product, you must indicate it in writing on the delivery note and contact Deco&You immediately at the address info@decoandyou.com.

Deco&You will not be responsible for errors made when providing the shipping address or for the absence of the recipient at the referred address.



Returns and Claims

To ensure a transparent and satisfactory shopping experience, we ask you to carefully read our return and claims policy.

Claims Period

You have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to notify any claim regarding the purchased product. Once this period has elapsed, we will not be able to accept any claims or return requests. We recommend checking the product thoroughly as soon as you receive it to verify its condition and that it matches your order.

Product Condition for Returns

It is essential to keep in mind that, once the wallpaper has been installed, returns or claims will not be accepted. The installation of the wallpaper is considered tacit acceptance of the product and nullifies the possibility of return.

If you detect any anomalies before installation, please contact us immediately within the 15-day period. We will be happy to help you resolve any issues.

In natural fiber wall coverings and due to the unique nature of the materials and the artisanal process of their manufacture, it is completely normal for the joints or seams between the panels to be visible once installed. This is not considered a defect; for this reason, and given the particularity of this product, we inform you that returns or claims based on the visibility of the seams of the covering will not be accepted.

The steps to follow for making a return are as follows:

To ensure the return process, all return forms must be accompanied by photographs of the product to be returned. A minimum of 4 photos of the product's condition. In the case of rolls of wallpaper, one photo of each end of the rolls, another photo of the whole rolls, and the last one showing how it is packaged for shipment. Very important! The rolls must retain their factory plastics and not be broken or opened.

You must fill out the form that you can download at the following link and send it to Deco&You at the following email address reclamaciones@decoandyou.com expressing your intention to withdraw from the purchased product at Deco&You. 

The merchandise must be sent by the customer to the following address:

Except in cases of delivery of damaged or defective goods, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of returning the delivered products. Returns must be directed to the address indicated by Deco&You.

The right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases:

- Those products that, due to having been opened, used and/or that do not retain their original seal or packaging may deteriorate or expire quickly. This case will include, for example, those wallpaper products once opened or unrolled.

- Those orders that have been completely executed or when the execution has begun. This case will apply to products ⚠️ produced to order, out of stock, and when the execution has begun, as well as products ordered by sample.

- Those products that are made according to the customer's instructions. This case will include both custom products and, for example, cut fabrics, wallpapers, custom murals, custom curtains, etc., acquired using the needs simulator or ⚠️ products produced to order according to the customer's instructions (for example, products that are out of stock and will be manufactured to order).

- Those products that are returned incomplete or are part of a batch. This assumption will apply to those cases in which the product intended to be returned is incomplete because it does not include all its accessories or is part of a batch. Deco&You will only accept the return of complete products.
This means that if you make a purchase of more than 5 rolls of wallpaper, cushions, fixed wall murals, wall coverings, etcetera. And, upon receiving the batch, you decide to keep 1 or several from the same batch and return the rest, it will not be applicable.

It is very important that you take these instructions into account, as any return that is not made following the procedures provided in this clause cannot be processed and consequently, will be rejected and considered as not made.

The amounts paid will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the time Deco&You receives the returned products, and alternatively from when you have presented proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will only be applicable for those users who are registered as Individuals and also hold the status of Consumer.
